For most homes in Singapore we recommend a general service every 3 to 4 months. Units that run for long hours every day, or in dusty or busy areas, benefit from servicing every 3 months.

A general service cleans the filters, coil, water tray, drainage and blower, and checks the system. It's routine maintenance.
A chemical jet wash deep-cleans the indoor coil with chemical and a jet pump without fully dismantling the unit. It helps when a general service no longer restores cooling.
A chemical overhaul fully dismantles the unit and chemically washes its parts. It's the most thorough option, for units that keep leaking, smelling or blowing warm air.

Leaks are usually caused by a clogged drain pipe or a dirty water tray and coil. A general service often fixes it. If the leak returns soon after servicing, a chemical jet wash or chemical overhaul is usually needed.

General servicing starts from $40 for one unit, chemical jet wash from $90 per unit, and chemical overhaul from $150 per unit. Full price lists are on each service page. Installation and repair are quoted per job, so send us an enquiry for a quote.
