When a general service isn't enough to bring back the cold air, a chemical jet wash deep-cleans the indoor fan coil with chemical solution and a high-pressure jet pump, without fully dismantling the unit. It's a faster, more affordable step before a full overhaul.
What we do
- Remove the outer covers of the fan coil unit
- Apply chemical cleaner to the cooling coil and rinse it with a jet pump
- Flush the drain pipes
- Clean the fan blades and blower wheel
- Check the electrical parts
